Heather S.
Heather Sinclair began her education in cosmetology at Meridian Technology Center in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Upon graduation, she began working at JCPenney Salon while taking advanced classes at Duncan Brothers School of Hair Design in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Heather graduated from High School having earned her high school diploma, cosmetology license, and advanced color certifications, showing her drive to be the best in the Oklahoma hair industry. At 24 years old, Heather opened Hello Gorgeous Salon. As owner, she maintained all duties associated with the administrative side of the salon. She managed the financials, human resources, and the daily activities associated with running a successful business. Heather also attended Anthony David School of Design, earning her Barber license and within the following year her Master Instructor license. After becoming a Master Instructor, Heather opened Hello Gorgeous Barber School. She used her administrative knowledge and skills to manage all aspects of both businesses.
Heather Sinclair is a dedicated leader and educator in the beauty industry with over 30 years of experience. She currently serves as the Secretary/Treasurer of NIC following her impactful tenure as Region 3 Director and active service on numerous NIC committees. Her passion for barbering was recognized by the National Association of Barber Boards of America (NABBA) as she currently serves as 3rd Vice President on the Executive Board.
Heather is a dual-licensed Master Instructor and has committed her career to advancing professional standards through education and leadership. She is the proud owner ofHello Gorgeous Salon, celebrating 20 years in business, and the founder ofHello Gorgeous Barber School, a nationally accredited institution operating successfully for 8 years.
In addition to her entrepreneurial endeavors, Heather is the Chair of theOklahoma State Board of Cosmetology and Barbering, where she has served for the past 4 years, working to support professionals and uphold the integrity of the industry statewide.
Beyond her professional achievements, Heather loves the opportunity to share the love and passion God has given her with her clients, employees, friends, and family. Her family (husband Derrick, children Trenton 28 and grandson Kohen, granddaughter Wrenlee, Camryn 21, Aspen 19, Peyton 19, and Blakely 9) are her driving force for all she does. Her passion for learning and teaching continues to inspire those around her, making her a respected voice and advocate for excellence in cosmetology and barbering.
Derrick
Derrick Sinclair was born and raised in Stillwater. He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and will forever be a Cowboy. Derrick became a barber in 2020, graduating from Hello Gorgeous Barber School; he went on to continue his education there and graduated from the Master Barber Instructor program in 2021. He has a passion for all aspects of the industry and is always looking to learn new trends and techniques. He enjoys getting to know his clients and the great conversations from behind the chair. Derrick enjoys spending his free time with his beautiful wife and kids.
Carl G.
Carl Green has been in the hair industry since the early 1980’s. He specializes in cuts, colors and perms for men and women. Carl has been a staple at Hello Gorgeous Salon since the day it opened in 2004. He is available by appointment only.
Rachel B.
Rachel Blackmon has been a barber since 2015. She wanted to expand on her barbering knowledge and career, taking advanced Barber classes at Hello Gorgeous Barber School. Rachel didn’t stop there; she completed the Master Barber Instructor Program in 2018 and is now one of the instructors at Hello Gorgeous Barber School. Rachel has a passion for learning and educating in the beauty industry and specializes in blonde, balayage, all the latest color trends and excels in the Barber field of fades and hot shaves! Rachel has been a part of the Hello Gorgeous team since 2016 and has been managing the salon since 2017.
Christa G.
Christa Greene has been in the industry for 16 years and is a dual licensed Cosmetologist and Barber, as well as a Master Barber Instructor. As a child, she always wanted to do hair. She began her career with the drive to never be satisfied with her current education and loves to learn new trends, techniques and products. Christa loves making people happy, and getting to know her clients is the most rewarding part of what she does. She has a goal to be the best she can be at everything she does. From straight razor shaves to hair color and makeup, she can do it all and loves every minute of it. Christa has been a part of the Hello Gorgeous team since 2011 and has been managing the salon since 2015.
Robbin
Robbin Patterson is a Stillwater Native as well as a 1989 graduate of Central State Beauty Academy in Oklahoma City, making her a 30-year veteran cosmetologist, holding licenses in Oklahoma and Colorado. Her passion is color & color correction, and she loves trying new fun colors. Robbin is very experienced in men’s and military cuts. Robbin has been a part of the Hello Gorgeous team since 2016.
Seth
Seth Buckminster is a graduate from Our very own Hello Gorgeous Barber School. Seth is a gentleman of many talents. If you have not had a fresh fade and hot shave from him you will want to get on his books. He is filling up fast!
Jesse
Jesse is an honorable and proud Veteran. He dedicated 16 years to assisting people with disabilities! Jesse decided to step into the barbering industry in 2020. He graduated from Hello Gorgeous Barber School in January of 2020. His passion for the industry guided him directly to Hello G on the Strip! Jesse loves the Barbering industry, fishing, music and photography!
Allie
Growing up in Osage County of northeastern Oklahoma, Allie has been involved in the Beauty Industry since 2018. Allie is a licensed cosmetologist and barber, as well as being certified to do Hand-Tied, K-Tips, Tape Ins and Topper Hair Extensions. Allie enjoys making people feel good about themselves. Allie has approached life with the motto “Be the Reason Someone Smiles Today” and plans to “Be the Reason” for all of her future Barber and Cosmetology students. You want to get on her books today!!

Kaylynn
Kaylynn is a dual-licensed stylist who has been with Hello Gorgeous for the past two years. She specializes in all color (blondes are her favorite!) and all types of men’s cuts, combining precision and style with every service. She is almost done with her degree at Oklahoma State University, and she plans to continue her education by earning her master instructor license.
Outside of the salon, you can find her relaxing with friends, binge-watching her favorite shows, or soaking up the sun by any body of water. Kaylynn is all about making her clients feel confident, refreshed, and excited about their look.Oh yeah….and she’s always taking new clients!
Jordan
Originally from Cushing, Jordan's passion for hair shines through in every service she offers. A graduate of Hello Gorgeous Barber School, she brings a unique blend of expertise and creativity to the chair. Whether it's mastering color services or crafting alternative styles, Jordan's skills are sure to impress. Beyond the salon, she enjoys the simple pleasures of home, movies, and the occasional night out. And yes, she's a huge fan of animals, especially cats! Ryleigh
Ryleigh is from Pawhuska, Oklahoma. She started cosmetology school her junior year of high school in 2021 and graduated in May of 2023. In her free time, Ryleigh enjoys being with friends and family. She is going to OSU, majoring in human development and family sciences to pursue social work. She is currently attending Hello Gorgeous Barber School to further her skills in men's services. Kaitlyn
Kaitlyn Lambertus was born and raised in Stillwater. She has grown up around the hair industry and has always known that she wanted to end up behind the chair. Her favorite thing about doing hair is being able to meet new people and learn new things from and about them, aside from making them feel and look beautiful! Heather has grown up in the Stillwater community since 2005. She attended our very own Hello Gorgeous Barber School and graduated March 2025. She enjoys doing both men’s and women’s services. Whether it’s a hot shave and fade or a color, Heather enjoys meeting new clients! When she’s not behind the chair you’ll find her in the arena with her sister training the next set of barrel horses. With big goals in rodeo you’ll find she always has a story to go with the past weekend’s adventures. Heather loves her 3 dogs and enjoys spending time with them when she’s not horseback.
Peyton
My name is Peyton Adams and I’m from Morrison, Oklahoma. I am a graduate of Meridian Technology Center. As a licensed cosmetologist I love to make people feel beautiful and happy. I have enjoyed doing hair since I was a little girl. I showed pigs and was involved in cheerleading. Maci
Maci resides in Lenapah, Ok where she and her husband train barrel and rope horses. She spends lots of time on the road rodeoing during the summer months with her horses. She has been in the hair industry since 2019 and specializes in men’s services! She loves transformations and making people feel confident with their haircut. Maci is always learning and loves to keep an open mind to new techniques to add to her barbering skills!
